• To operate and provide the VeloVelo service
• To facilitate connections between riders and builders
• To send transactional emails and service notifications
• To enforce our Terms of Use and Community Guidelines
• To comply with legal obligations and law enforcement requests
• To improve and develop our services

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Other users: profile and inquiry information shared between Riders and Builders as part of introductions

4. Law Enforcement Disclosure

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we may retain certain information for up to 7 years as required by law or for legitimate business purposes including fraud prevention and legal compliance.
