Cicli Barco is an esteemed family-run Italian framebuilder located in Piazzola sul Brenta near Padua, producing handmade steel and stainless steel frames. Tracing its roots back to 1947 with Mario Barco, the workshop combines decades of contract framebuilding heritage for top European brands with bespoke artisan custom builds under their own label.
Founder Story
Mario Barco began making bicycle frames in 1947, building custom bikes and contracting for major Italian brands. His sons Alberto and Maurizio, along with grandson Gianluca, continue the family legacy in their Veneto workshop.
