Tom Sturdy established Sturdy Cycles in 2014, uniting his background in Aerospace Engineering and Sports Biomechanics with his experience as an elite-level athlete. Operating from Frome, Somerset, Sturdy became a world leader in additive manufacturing for bicycles, pioneering 3D-printed titanium frame joints, bespoke cranks, and fully integrated cockpit systems.
