Builders control who joins, how they're tiered, and what they see. Followers don't browse an open algorithmic feed; they engage with the builders they've chosen to follow.

Riders join through a builder's invite link. Builders invite riders directly, or riders can request to join a builder's shop page. The builder approves each new follower, keeping their network curated and genuine.

Can a rider follow more than one builder?

Yes. Riders can follow and buy from as many builders as they like. Each builder manages their own tiering and relationship with that rider independently.

Yes. Your CRM — contacts, notes, tags, purchase history, and activity — is completely private to you. No other builder or follower can see it, and VeloVelo never sells or shares your data.

Builders organize their followers into tiers based on loyalty and relationship. Tiers determine when a rider gets access to a builder's drops (scheduled releases). Higher tiers unlock earlier access to limited frames and components.

How does tiered early access work on a drop?

When a builder schedules a Drop, each tier gets access at a different time: Tier 3 (VIP): Earliest access — typically 60 minutes before public launch. Tier 2 (Preferred): Early access — typically 30 minutes before public launch. Tier 1 (Standard): Access at the public launch time. When the allocation is gone, it's gone — rewarding the builder's most loyal riders.
